Dispozo is getting ready to open. This page explains what we keep when you join the opening list, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it. We handle your data under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
What we keep
- Your mobile number.
- If you fill in the optional step: your area, the things that run out fastest at your place, and whether you order for a home or a business (and which kind).
- Where you came from: the campaign or link that brought you to the page, and your friend's code if you joined from their link.
- Grouped usage events for the page (such as a visit or a tap on a share button), never tied to your number and without storing your IP address.
What we use it for
- Sending you one message on opening day with your EGP 50 code.
- If you registered a business, the Dispozo team calling you about wholesale pricing.
- Deciding which areas get delivery first, and working out your place in line and who joined from your link.
We don't sell your data or share it with anyone. It is stored on Dispozo's own servers, and only the Dispozo team can reach it.
How long we keep it
Until opening and at most 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Once you open an account in the Dispozo store, that account has its own terms.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted entirely. Email [email protected] and include the number you joined with. We reply within 7 days.
